PRACTICE - TRAINING ROUTINE
Tuesday: I arrive at 3:30 pm and practice my chip, approach, and Putt. At 5 pm, I practice my wedge shots from 20 to 100 yards, and I finish at 5:30 pm.
Wednesday: I arrive at 3:30 pm and practice my iron shots, ranging from the 9 iron to the 5 iron. At 4:30 pm, I practice my distance from 150 yards to 200 yards, using different targets and varying conditions to control the ball. ( 1 draw, 1 fade, 1 straight) And I am done at 5:30 pm.
Thursday: I arrive at 3:30 pm, and as soon as I come, I go to the Chip and Putt course and play 18 holes from distances of 70 to 120 yards with 58,54, and 50-degree wedges. At 5 pm, I practice my hybrid, 3 wood, and finally my driver.
Friday: I arrive at 2 pm, hit 50 balls on the practice range, and practice my putting and control distance. At 3 pm, I play 9 holes from the blue tees, and other times I play 2 balls and play with the “worst one”. I finish at 4:45- 5 as I play alone.
Saturday: I arrive at 12 pm, hit 50 balls on the practice range, and practice my chip and approach. At 1:10 pm, I played 18 holes with my coach and friends from the blue tees. I finish at 5:45 pm.
Sunday: I arrive at 7 am, hit 30-40 balls on the practice range, and practice my putting. At 7:45, I play 18 holes with my friends and family. At 1 pm, I am finished, and sometimes I play another 9 holes.
