OVERALL ABILITY ON THE COURT:
My style is aggressive, I try to make my forehand dominated most of the point, and I vary it with the parallel, my backhand is excellent, it is solid, I can vary it very well with all the spins and sometimes I surprise with a drop shot, I look for the net to finish with a deep and fast volley also with a short one, my serve is left-handed and I vary it quite a bit and confuse my opponent.
STRENGTHS ON THE COURT:
My strength on the court is that I am fast and I read my rival's blows very well, his actions and movements, and I observe each one of them. One of my strongest strengths is not giving up, giving everything as if my life depended on that match.
RESUME:
My tennis career began when I was 3 years old. I started early because my dad is a tennis coach. I've played in many tournaments throughout my life, winning tournaments from a very young age. When I was 9, I joined the Colombian Tennis Federation to play in national tournaments. In my first tournament, I played against the number one seed, the 6th-ranked player in Colombia in the 12-year-old category. I was very small, only 9 years old, but I managed to beat him and advance to the second round, where I lost. At 11, I won my first federated tournament, a Grade 4, and then played a Grade 3, reaching the semifinals. At 14, I was already playing many tournaments in the 18-and-under category, and there I won my first Grade 4 tournament. The following year, I won a Grade 3. I was 15, playing in the 18-and-under category, and I also reached the semifinals in a Grade 2 tournament and the quarterfinals in a Grade 1 tournament. At 16, I earned my first ITF point. The J30 from Barranquilla surpassed qualifying
HOBBIES AND PERSONAL INTEREST
I have a few hobbies since I'm always thinking about tennis, but I do really like music and watching tennis, especially left-handed players. I learn a lot from watching them, their playing patterns, their style of play, and also the variety in their game. As for music, I really like hip hop, which is rap. I especially like Canserbero; he talks a lot about the reality that people don't want to hear.
DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS A PERSON
I want to achieve my goals and dreams, and one of them is to become a professional tennis player and make a living from tennis so I can support my family and put food on the table. I am also very disciplined with tennis and my studies.
